Thank you for your excellent service.  As you know, I bought 5 light fittings from you, at a very competitive price, delivered quickly, but one turned out to have a manufacturing fault.  Up to this point everything had been handled via the website, so it was with some pessimism that I rang your contact number. I was pleasantly surprised when it was answered straight away by someone helpful.  The replacement part arrived from you yesterday and the light is now perfect. I'd be happy for you to put this testimonial on your website (WITHOUT my full name please).  A lot of companies sell online, but it is following through when there is a problem that really sorts out the good companies from the rest.

Excellent service. Goods arrived 10.30 on the 5th January. Surely a record - less than 24 hours between ordering and delivery despite atrocious weather conditions. Well done!

"I finally managed to get around to putting our lights up this weekend, and wanted to say a big thank you for the excellent service you provided.  The original purchase was all good – best prices around – but it was when I had a problem with my order that you really excelled!  You may remember that a glass plate had broken on one of the lights. I was dreading having to get the whole thing packaged back up and sent back to you and then wait for the new one.  But instead, you were able to source a glass plate and send this to me. It was pretty straightforward to get this on when I did actually get around to fitting these. So a big thank you for superb after sales service. "I ordered bathroom lights rather too close to to when our new bathroom was being fitted. When I phoned to check delivery times, the phone was answered straight away by someone who knew what was going on and gave confidence that they would expedite delivery. As it happened there was a problem with the transport that day, and Lights 4 Living telephoned all their customers expecting a delivery to apologise. To my mind this is a very high level of personal service. The lights arrived one day later, well packed, and in time to be fitted. Their prices were lower than other websites as well. I don;t simply go for the lowest price, because service is very important. In this case L4L were the only website with the both of the two lights we wanted, but also had a good feel
